團隊訓練
很多不同的因素都會影響運動比賽的成績，有些是可以控制的，有些卻不能預測。除了運動技術以外，體能是運動員最能夠掌握的元素。KICKSTART透過肌力與體能訓練，提升運動員的基本肌力、爆發力、敏捷度、心肺功能和知識等各個方面的能力，從而改善運動表現。
