We programmed through a variety of gymnastics (body weight exercises), weightlifting, and aerobic exercise to develop a varied easy to high intensity and multi-functional training. Physical fitness and sport performance can be improved at the same time through this all-rounded training model. Booking in advance is well appreciated.

KSER focuses on game base and one-on-one conditioning programmed which address each training participants to enhance individual technique. Our spacious and well equipped area fits for Strength and Conditioning training of any sports, personal trainers’ fitness programs, and also Open Gym.
